• The importance of listening to the messages that rise as we work

• How our intuitive language is a compilation of all of the information and teaching we've picked up over the years, regardless of where or what circumstances

• The value of doing the 5 minute exercises and how it will create the circumstance to raise our awareness of where our creative blocks are and what they are connected to.

• How to have perspective on the collages we've created

• Limiting beliefs - How we limit our creativity by thinking we need to know what the art will look like or mean before we even begin, and other ways we fall under the spell of trying to control the outcome before we even begin. 

• 5 minute collage exercises and new variations
